Associate Consultants (ACs) form the foundation of UTCA’s Consulting Group, working in teams of 4–5 under the guidance of a Team Lead (TL) to deliver high-impact solutions to real-world clients. Reporting to a TL, ACs are responsible for conducting research, developing analyses, and contributing to the creation of strategic recommendations across a diverse range of industries. Throughout the academic year, ACs actively participate in team meetings, client sessions, and internal check-ins. This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on consulting experience, professional skill development, and the opportunity to work closely with peers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
